Shall the City Council of the City of Cocoa be authorized to grant, pursuant to s. 3, Art. VII of the State Constitution, property tax exemptions to new businesses and expansions of existing businesses?

MELBOURNE BEACH CHARTER AMENDMENT
SECTION 6.06, TOWN CHARTER
REZONING OF PROPERTY

No land shall be rezoned from one zoning district to another zoning district until the zoning proposal shall be approved by a majority of the Town electorate voting in a general or special election. To the extent required by law the Town government shall first determine whether the proposal is consistent with the comprehensive plan. This provision shall apply regardless of who initiates the rezoning proposal.

Shall the City of Palm Bay, Florida, construct certain road, drainage, transportation capacity, and public safety projects, and pay the cost thereof from $58,750,000 in General Obligation Bonds (net of costs), maturing not more than 30 years from their date, bearing interest at not exceeding the maximum legal rate, and secured by ad valorem taxes levied on all taxable property in the City at rates sufficient to pay debt service on the Bonds?
